Deposit Policy

Please note:

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment with Illustrious Hair Salon. This deposit serves as a part payment towards your service and ensures that your booking is reserved.

In line with our cancellation policy, you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method only.

For cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Deposits can be made by cash or card or eft.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48hr notice to cancel an appointment. Understandable sometimes unexpected events occur & you may need to rearrange your appointment. We kindly request that you provide as much notice as possible should you need to rearrange your appointment, last minute cancellations we lose the ability to resell that app. You may incur a cancellation fee or lose your booking deposit. We reserve the right to charge for appointments that are unattended without notice (no-show appointments)
